I really like this one, which is Bohemian. The ones with feathers are really nice, and the frilly touches are cute too. With feathers, and sheer touches, you can achieve a light, airy feeling to the clothing. For a stronger look, high waist leather pants definitely do the job, but add lace or a flowy blouse, so you don't lose the bohemian side to it. As for shoes, lace-up, or metallic shoes are always good, and worker boots are nice as well. Take these for example: Ann Sui, DVF, Philosophy, and Vera Wang.
